FOR PARTICIPATION in
PROFESSIONAL TASTING COMPETITION OF WINES AND
COGNACS
1. TASTING COMPETITION WILL BE CONDUCTED
ACCORDING FOLLOWING DRINK GROUPS:
Wines:
– table wines: natural
(dry, semidry), blended (ordinary dry, semidry,
semisweet)
– fortified wines: strong,
sweet
Sparkling wines:
– aerated
– sparkling (champagnization
of bottle mode of production, champagnization
of tank mode of production)
Vermouths:
– dry
– strong
– sweet
Cognacs:
– ordinary/ V. S.
– V. S. Î. P. group
– V. V. S. Î. P. group
– X. Î. group
2. The SIMPLES MUST
BE ACCOMPANIED WITH FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
– quality certificate
– document confirming product
safety
3. TERMS:
May 04, 2005: deadline for
taking products samples and applications to
participation in the competition.
May 06, 2005: deadline of payment
for participation.
May 11-12, 2005: holding of
Tasting competition (in "ACCO International"
Exhibition center).
May 26, 2005: Tasting competition
winners awarding (in "ACCO International"
Exhibition center).
4. NUMBER OF SAMPLES
OF EACH ARTICLE FOR THE TASTING COMPETITION:
Sample tasting (organoleptic analysis) – 4
bottles;
Estimation of product styling – 1 unit;
5. Articles-winners will
be awarded with Cups and Diplomas for the
First, Second and Third places. The winner
in nomination "Best product styling"
will be awarded with the corresponding Cup
and Diploma.
6. Traditionally
with the framework of Tasting competition will
be held Contest for determination of
"The Best wine and cognac 2005".
That drink, which will obtain the highest average
ball according to the results of the tasting
competition in the appropriate group, will be
recognized as the best. Winner will be awarded
with Cup and Diploma.
7. Winners of the
Competition have a right to place
images of competition rewards on labels and
packings of its production.
8. Commission resolution
does not be changed or appealed. Expert-tasters,
who belong to the commission, are not obligated
to comment the results of the Tasting competition.
Information about the results of the Tasting
competition is give by "ACCO International".
