PROFESSIONAL TASTING COMPETITION OF WINES AND
COGNACS
WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION
It is held annually within the
framework of specialized exhibition of drinks
with support of corporation "Ukrwinprom".

The competition is held
among following groups of wines and cognacs:

Wines:
– table wines: natural
(dry, semidry), blended (ordinary dry, semidry,
semisweet)
– fortified wines: strong,
sweet
Sparkling wines:
– carbonated
– sparkling (champagnization
of bottle mode of production, champagnization
of tank mode of production)
Vermouths:
– dry
– strong
– sweet
Cognacs:
– ordinary / V. S.
– V. S. Î. P.
– V. V. S. Î. P.
– X. Î.
In Professional
tasting competition of wines and cognacs in
2007 participated 9 enterprises.
In the competition were represented 60 samples
of drinks.
Professional tasting
commission in the set of "Ukrwinprom" concern
and "Ukrsadwinprom" corporation specialists,
apprise organoleptic indicators of products
represented for the competition according to
acting legislation of Ukraine about appraisal
of products quality. Winners of the Competition
get Cups for the high quality and Golden, Silver
and Bronze medals.
