COMPETITION
SWEET TRIUMPH
Öithin the framework of specialized
international exhibition SWEETS
Ukraine helds International Professional
tasting competition of confectioneries Sweet
triumph. The Organizers of the Contest
are ACCO International Exhibition Company and
"UkrConditer" Close Corporation.
The producers
of any type of confectioneries, sweet diary
producers, ice-cream, food concentrates and
sweet drinks are inviting to participation.
The Contest is
the products evaluation system for the purpose
of determination of the product which has quality
and styling meet the requirements of modern
Ukrainian trade network at a maximum way.

Evaluation of products
realizes according to the following complex
criterions:

Quality coefficient by
organoleptic characteristics (taste,
colour, smell, appearance etc.)

Capability of the packing,
in which the goods is sold directly to customers,
to draw the attention of buyer (accordance
of packing form and style to category of
given product, creative solution in styling,
colorfulness of style and individuality
of trade mark)
-
Produce wholesale price
(for retail trade network)
The competition helds closely, in presence of
the Supervisory Board.
Tasting committee is independent
and consists of professional taster experts
of CC "UKRCONDITER", representatives
of appropriate industry branches, representatives
of the State Ukrainian committee for standardization,
representatives of the Minystry of economic,
representatives of the Ministry of Health of
Ukraine, National University of Food technologies,
and also the representatives of procurement
departments of wholesale and retail Kyiv's trading
networks.
The samples is estimates by
organoleptic quality coefficients by 5-th numerical
score system in "close" procedure
order on the tasting.
For participation in the competition
admits packed and weighed out products. Packed
products estimates by two criterion: quality
and packing, and for estimation of weighed out
products take into account only qualitative
indexes.
The articles-winners
is awarded with DIPLOMAS and REWARDS in corresponding
nominations. According jury decisions, in each
nomination can be awarded First, Second and
Third places.
