While preparing to the exhibition, exhibitor
must pay attention to the following necessary
points:

To
determine the goals and problems that
are necessary to realize in an exhibition
process
-
budget
planning (exhibitions area coasts,
equipment coasts, coasts of work with
visitors, remuneration of labour costs,
etc)
-
expo-places
and kind of stands determination
-
exhibitors
selection
-
planning
of advertising and presentation events,
actions, seminars holding during the
time of exhibition
-
coordination
and instruction of company’s workers
– worker’s goals and liabilities timetable.
We advice you to solve the food questions,
if is necessary living questions
-
preparing
of informative materials: the advertisement
booklets, cards, prices. It would
be better to divide polygraph’s productions
for categories: not very expansive
materials for distribution between
occasional visitors and more expensive
materials for visitors who shows a
real interest and leaves their surname
and a address

up the exhibition’s results and activities

Transportation of exhibition

You
may need a special transport for delivery
of volumetric exhibits and you will have
to control all route – from container
to display stand.
Please, order transport in convenient
time and don’t forget about delivery back.
On closing the exhibition, please, organize
the transport and take away the exhibits
by the end of exhibition. Take care about
the cargos whem must be thoroughly made
out and packed – it’s possible that you
will need the exhibits for work or sale.
Don’t forget to cleary by timetable of
exhibit’s delivery and export with exhibition’s
executive beforehand, because for example
the big equipments need more time to install
and to fix. If the exhibition is held
abroad you will need to take care about
customs formalities, safe cargo transportation
and if it is necessary, about trade permission.
Despite inviting the press, you should
have photos of honorary guests & photos
which are invited to use them in the publications.

It’s
definitely that the more attractive the
exhibits are, the sooner they will attract
the visitors. The external exhibit’s view
can be improved by situating them next
to attractive thing or by situating them
on a nice material (fur, velvet, shimmy).
Fito-design also can be used. Stand’s
light plays a great role. We advise you
to determine, if the exhibits need to
complementary insurance from any accidents
(breaking, stealing).
Showing the exhibits in a real condition,
showing the advertisement (but you must
remember about exhibition’s equipments)
and the ways of service’s demonstration
are important preventative factor.
To organize stand’s cleaning. The dust
and fingerprints will not decorate your
stand. As usual, the organizers clean
the passage, but you must take care about
stand yourself, you must engage workers
for cleaning it every day. |

How to attract the visitors
to your stand? |
There
are a lot of methods to attract the visitors.
Tested advertisement methods and a few
of fancy can be used. Here are the simple
methods, which are tested by our experience
and also are recommended by a lot of advertisement’s
specialists:
- To make the invitation’s distribution
by special clients on company’s stand.
- To move the souvenir talon or lottery
talon by the invitation, or propose to
take part in a lottery among the visitors.
- To order a sound advertisement in an
exhibition publication’s service (don’t
mix up with sound advertisement on a stand,
which, as usual, disturbs other exhibitors).
- To give the advertisement in exhibition’s
newspaper ( it is distributed free among
exhibition visitors)
- To give the advertisement in official
exhibition’s schedule: it’s distributed
among branch specialists and exhibitors,
also the schedule is used as a catalogue
a long time after the exhibition.
- To invite the visitors to your stand
on the exhibition entrance or distribute
the invitations with not only number of
stand, but with its view.
- To offer a hot tea (coffee), biscuits
to the visitors.
- To make the products in presens of visitors.
- To hold a presentation of a new good,
the seminar, the conference or press-conference
with a famous branch specialists.
- To organize the competitions and the
shows, reffered to the company or the
exhibition.
- To demonstrate the models or exhibits
in a moving.
- To take pictures of the valuable clients
on the view of brand-emblems.
- To use the things with a brand-emblems
as a souvenirs.
- To use the firm clothes or the clothes
in the same style.
